New Preference: Launch or switch to

It would be awesome to see nDroid have a preference of opening an application (as it currently does) OR switch to that application if it is currently open. Ideally, I think it would be best to have a list of applications that this would apply to and others would always launch a new app by default.

I'm not sure how realistic this is because searching the start menu for links doesn't directly say anything about the process name. I'm also not sure if it would be inefficient to read the lnk file to find out what the process name is. If this is possible though, that would be a great addition.

BTW, I just switched to nDroid from Enso and am loving it so far. I just set my launch key to be Caps Lock by itself. I got used to it with Enso and it's really fast. Just wanted to say thanks for the great app.
